TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS & REGISTRATION FEES
Cut-off Date/Cancellation Policy-Hotel & Registration/Booth Fees
By completing your online registration, you accept the following policies regarding the event fees and hotel reservations: The Cut-Off Date for event fees and hotel reservations is November 28, 2024. Registration fees and hotel reservations are on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Group Rate might sell out before the Cut-Off Day therefore, we strongly advise you to make your reservations early. Please note: If you make your hotel reservation after November 28, 2024, the group rate may no longer be available. You will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing rate for your room. If you cancel or change your event registration and hotel reservation after the cut-off date, it will result in 100% payment of your original meeting registration and hotel reservation. All “No Shows” will result in 100% payment. You must cancel your meeting registration with Eventmakers (support@eventmakers.com) directly in writing. You must cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel The Ritz-Carlton . Any penalties/charges will be assessed directly by the hotel to the individual. Room request changes must be made in writing to support@eventmakers.com .
Hotel Group Booking Policy:
The group rate is applicable for all attendees who book directly through the hotel reservation link. The group block was established by the Denver Field to ascertain the best group rate for our group. To protect the Denver Field’s financial commitment to the hotel, it is not permitted to use third-party booking agents or utilize points to book your room. Booking outside the block may result in the cost of your room being charged back to the individual by Eventmakers. Thank you for your understanding. The official cutoff date is November 28, 2024. If you cancel your reservation after November 28, 2024, you will be charged 100% of your original reservation per the terms and conditions noted. Thank you.
